Request regarding maintenance
- There are also many other birds of prey kinds and customers. Whatever kind of thing happens to an accident between the birds of prey and a human accident, responsibility isn’t shouldered at all at this place.
- Please be sure to follow staff’s directions in a case of accompanying.
- Accompany by a cage and please be not sure to take it out until there is permission of a staff.
- Maintenance is a perfect reservation system. There is a case that the occasion without the reservation will decline.
- We’re very delicate creatures, so physical condition can’t be judged and sometimes maintained.
- A maintained accident and an injury and, even if I’ll die, the responsibility isn’t shouldered at all at this place.
- The claim after maintenance isn’t accepted at all.

Rules of the time of accommodation.
- When visiting our store, please be sure to bring your pet in a cage or carrier.
If you are bringing a cage, please assemble the cage and bring it with your pet bird inside.
- We do not accept requests for specific feeding times or weight measurements. Feeding is basically twice in the morning and evening.
- Persons must be at least one year old and in good health. Please contact us in advance if you have a child less than 1 year old who is picked up at our store.
- Although we will not actively guide you through the exhibition while your items are in our custody, customers who visit may take photos and upload them on SNS, etc. Thank you for your understanding. (We will not interact with customers)
- To prevent accidents, we do not allow bird release or training while the animals are in our custody. In addition to cleaning and feeding, we also observe the animals’ behavior from time to time.
- If your pet becomes unwell while in our care, we will contact the owner at any time. We will deal with the problem after consulting with the owner, but in cases where life is at stake, even if we are unable to contact you, we may require a veterinarian to diagnose and treat your pet. Actual expenses incurred at that time will be billed separately.
- We will take care of your pet with the utmost care while in our custody, but we cannot provide compensation in the unlikely event of death or escape.
Please check according to the type of children you are taking care of.
Regarding keeping birds of prey such as owls and hawks
- As a measure against infectious diseases, we ask that you bring a copy of your health certificate from within one year. For birds of prey, please have the test results for “Chlamydia” recorded. If you cannot receive the medical certificate in time, please contact us in advance. A health certificate is not required for children picked up at our store.
- If you do not specify, we will feed the birds of prey with the food we provide at our store.
- Items can be stored on a tether inside the store or in the backyard. Please contact us in advance regarding children who cannot be tethered. You do not need to bring any tethering equipment for birds of prey, such as falcon blocks.
Regarding storage of parakeets, parrots, and other birds
- As a measure against infectious diseases, we ask that you bring a copy of your health certificate from within one year. For parakeets and parrots, please include the test results for “PBFD and Chlamydia”, and for other birds, please include the test results for “Chlamydia”. If you cannot receive the medical certificate in time, please contact us in advance. A health certificate is not required for children picked up at our store.
- In order to avoid food changes and not being able to eat, we ask that you bring the food and snacks you normally give your pet. Please note that we cannot accept measurements of feed in grams. If specified, we ask that you divide the weighed items into smaller portions and bring them with you. We accept simple measurements using spoons, etc.
- Items can be left in the store or in the backyard.
- Basically, we ask that you bring your own cage. If you have difficulty bringing your own, please contact us in advance.
In addition, if you bring your pet in a cage where food and water cannot be exchanged from outside, or the paper tray cannot be pulled out, we will provide a rental cage (for a fee) to prevent the pet from escaping. The same applies if we determine that there is a high risk of escape due to the structure of the cage. For more information, please check cage rental under Other Optional Services.
