QIs a reservation required?
You can enter without making a reservation, but reservations are recommended as seats are limited.

QWhat kinds of animals can I interact with?
You can interact with small to large owls, parakeets, and cockatoos. You may also have the opportunity to interact with rare birds that are present at the time. Please check the currently available birds and Bird Staff introductions for sale.
QCan I purchase owls?
You can purchase owls that you like (excluding Bird Staff). Our staff are avian sales professionals who support customers from consultation to after-purchase. We sell all the necessary bird care items and food in our store, so please feel free to consult with us. Beginners are also welcome, and we can provide guidance on how to live together.
QIs there an age restriction?
There is no age restriction, so even small children can enter the store. However, parents are requested to be attentive to ensure that children do not get injured inside the store.
QCan I feed the owls?
You can feed small to medium-sized owls for 300 yen and large owls for 500 yen. Our staff will provide you with more details.
QAre there peak times when it’s crowded?
There may be a wait around 14:00 to 17:00 on weekends and holidays. Weekdays and early mornings and evenings on weekends and holidays are relatively relaxed. If you are concerned, please make a reservation.
QCan I take photographs?
You are free to take photographs inside the store and of the Bird Staff, but please refrain from using flash.
